Provided support for 200-300 computer users in the Technology Department.  As the Project Leader for Computer Security, implemented virus protection software on all PCs, automated distribution of software and provided ongoing maintenance.  Developed and maintained extensive training program for new employees, ensuring technical and management skill development needs were met, using a combination of mentoring and classroom training.
